The secondary myths in the request are also worth naming. There is no legitimate shop selling CVV data. Sellers in that market run exit scams, resell the same numbers, and log buyer details. Buyers get defrauded by other criminals and still hold evidence of their own offense. "Legit" and "carding shop" do not belong in the same sentence.
